The 2021 curriculum equips students to recognize and provide care for cardiac events, breathing emergencies, and common first aid situations such as burns, bleeding, seizures, and more. You’ll also learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)—a life-saving device used during cardiac arrest—and how to respond quickly and effectively under pressure.
This course meets OSHA workplace standards and other regulatory requirements, making it ideal for employers and individuals who need a certification for job or licensing purposes. Upon successful completion, students will receive a 2-year digital certificate in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
