Kids Birthday Party Program!

The owner of our company has two small children and often times he wondered what to do for his children that was special, distinct and out of the box extraordinary. He came up with the idea of creating an upscale pool party experience that would be different than the standard pool party where they do the bare minimum for you and make you share space with other activities running at the same time. Viola’, we have our absolutely fantastic Birthday Party Packages that are designed to make your little ones Birthday party the event of the year!!

EACH POOL PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES EXCLUSIVE AND PRIVATE USE OF A RESERVED SECTION OF THE POOL AND DECK AREA.

COVID-19 NOTICE: The Health and Safety for all our guests is our top priority. Rest Assured that we are following all CDC and NYCDOH guidelines at our sites.

We don’t just say “here is a pool, have some pizza and cake”….We plan each party to make it special and coordinate the event so that it is full of activities, supervision, great food and unique personal touches that will make it memorable.

Location: Village East Swim Club (In the Village East Towers Co-op) located at 411 East 10th Street, New York, NY 10009

Each package includes supervised pool time at our facility in NYC as well as food, decorations, and FUN!
Our Party Specialist will be with you every step of the party and handle party management so you can sit back and have fun with your child and guests!
We want the experience to be as fantastic as being in an amusement park!!

Kids Birthday-2.5 Hour-party package #2– 1 Hour Supervised Pool Time under supervision of Lifeguards, Theme Movie, Full table decorations, games, pizza and soda, Juice boxes, water, balloons, party favors, premium made to order gourmet birthday cake with candles and music (for up to 10 kids)
SEMI-MAJORITY USE OF POOL AND DECK AREA DURING THE SCHEDULED POOL PARTY TIME

Deluxe Packages
Premier Package-1– 2.5 Hour-Kids Birthday party package #1– “The Pool Party”- 1.5 FULL hours of Swim time at our Aquatics facility under the supervision of certified Lifeguards, Full table decorations, Theme Movie in party room, pizza and soda, water, balloons, party favors, premium made to order gourmet birthday cake with candles, music, take home gift for each child (for up to 10 kids)
MAJORITY USE OF THE POOL AND DECK AREA DURING THE SCHEDULED POOL PARTY TIME

Premier Package-2– 3 Hour-Kids Birthday party package #2– “Simply, The best darn kids Pool Party”- 2 FULL hours of Swim time at our Aquatics facility under the supervision of certified Lifeguards, Full table DOUBLE decorations, Theme Movie in party room, pizza, pasta, garlic bread or Garlic knots, soda, juice boxes, water, balloons, party favors, ice cream cake or premium made to order gourmet birthday cake with candles, music, take home gift for each child AND special gift for the Birthday Boy or Girl!! (for up to 10 kids)
MAJORITY USE OF THE POOL AND DECK AREA DURING THE SCHEDULED POOL PARTY TIME

Face Painter (to any party) – Not Available at this time
(Not just a face painter but really an Activity Specialist who does balloon designs, arts and crafts, music, glitter temporary tattoos, music and more!! Friendly, fun and the life of any party she is a part of!!)

AQUA-RAINBOW (to any party)
(Your child will thank you for days adding this option. We turn the pool into a Rainbow by adding wacky amounts of safe and non-toxic glow sticks to create our indoor “Aqua-Rainbow” that kids and adults will flip over. They can keep the glow sticks too!!)

All Parties require a non-refundable check or credit card payment to hold a date and time and require at least 7 days notice to adequately plan your party.
Please be advised that any cash balance payments can only be accepted 48 Hours in Advance. We do not accept cash payments the day of the party.
